Privacy policy
We collect strictly what the rental requires, and nothing more.
Data collected
When requesting a booking: name, email, phone, country, dates and locations. When signing a contract: date of birth, driving licence and identity document numbers, postal address, along with the digitised handwritten signature, timestamp and signing IP address.
Purpose
This data is used solely to prepare the quote, draw up the rental contract, answer your requests and meet our legal and insurance obligations. It is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Booking requests with no follow up are deleted after twelve months. Rental contracts and associated documents are kept for five years.
Cookies
The site sets only a technical session cookie required for form security. Your display currency preference is stored in your browser and never leaves your device.
Your rights
You may access, correct, object to or delete your data. Write to the address on our contact page: we answer within thirty days.
